Daily stretching and throwing with emphasis on mechanics.  Each station will teach skill which is necessary to become a sound player.

Use only Major and Minor League players, use college players to provide the latest in technique and skill demonstrations and offer each student the ability to meet with camp instructor YEAR-ROUND for additional one on one personal development.
